Shipping & Delivery Policy

Handling Time

Once the PO is paid, we can directly have the parcel arrange to ship within 3 business day if we have ready stock. Due to time zone difference, if the order is confirmed after Saturday mornings (AUS Time), we will ship the parcel out on Monday as there’s no operation on weekends. However please note that the lead time of the customized items is longer. Anyways we will confirm with you once the order is paid.

Ship to Address

We ship all the parcel to P.O. address, so the correct postal code number is necessary or it may cost time for us to double check with you. PO BOX address is not allowed as the courier needs a recipient to sign once the parcel has arrived.

Tax ID

Following to custom’s requirement of some European countries and South American countries, for all incoming parcels must provide Tax ID that matches the recipient’s information, or the custom will decline the parcel. Thus, if you know the Tax ID is a necessary information, please provide this to us for arranging the shipment. If you’re not sure if the Tax ID is necessary or not, you can leave us message and we can check for you, but it may affect the shipment time.

Sales Tax

Import Duties, taxes and other charges aren't included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as all these fees are charged by local government, not us. And if any undervalue invoice is needed, please inform us directly once the order is paid so that we can make it at the first time, otherwise we won’t be able to revise the invoice after the parcel is shipped out.

Delivery Time

Depending on where you’re located, normally for local orders 1~4 days. For international orders, you’re welcome to give us your postal code to check.

Attention

- Shipments may be delayed if any unforeseen natural disasters or national holidays. But we will always keep you informed if any problems.

- If the parcel has arrived and you reject to pick up the parcel purposely, the 2 sides shipping fee shall be at your responsibility.
