OVERVIEW

Please read these Terms of Conditions carefully before accessing and using our website. By accessing and using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions.

This website is operated by Max1 Performance, and this site is hosted on Shopify.com. that allows us to provide service to you.



CONSUMER AGREEMENT

When you check out your shopping cart and click I agree to the terms of service and return & exchange policy, it means that you have read and agreed to the entire content of this agreement.

We (Max1 Performance) will protect your personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and abide by the store's privacy protection policy.

When you use our store's services on Shopify.com, you agree to use electronic documents as a method of expression.

 

Section 1 – Order Agreement

- All the orders in Max1 Performance shopping cart would pay in AUD.

We accept Paypal, Credit Card…etc. payments, and no orders will be shipped out if payment is still pending.

- All customized orders will need to be paid first, and then we will start to make the customized product. And the customized order cannot be canceled or returned.

- We reserve the right to accept or reject the order. If your order cannot be accepted due to accidents and other circumstances, we will contact you by phone call, e-mail or message on the site, and you can change the order content or apply for a refund.

- If the recipient's information is incomplete, the contact information is filled in incorrectly, or other unexpected problems that need to be confirmed again, we will only arrange to ship the parcel out until all is correct and confirmed.


Section 2 – Shipping & Delivery

Normally the parcel will be sent out within 3 days (workday) if have ready stock once the order is confirmed and paid. However if customized items, then the handling time is longer. We send via FedEx Priority Service, EMS or local courier, and once the order is sent out, customers will be given the estimated delivery time, which means the actual delivery status depends on the local processing time, so that the parcel arrival time cannot be guaranteed. And if you need to get the parcel in very short period, please bear the risk of time limitation.

After the package is sent out, if the package is returned back to warehouse due to wrong recipient's information, or other problems, if customer is asking for canceling the order, we will deduct the shipping fee from the total refund value. And if customer is asking for shipping it again, then we will ask for the shipping fee again accordingly.


Section 3 – Sales Tax

Import duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Besides, we won’t be able to know how the import duties & tax are calculated as the rate is various among countries due to different import regulations.
